I do recommend using some Sealant # AL85KV around any areas which allow access into the walls of your camping trailer. This means either holes for the mounting hardware or holes for the wiring. This helps to keep rain water out of your walls which can cause damage/mold to your walls. view full answer...
When you checked the fuse on the truck did you check the truck's running light fuse or the tow package running light fuse? They are independent of each other on most vehicles. There also could be relays associated with the tow package wiring that you can check.
A good start was to clean the trailer connector but if there is no power on the running light circuit then the issue is further forward somewhere on the truck. And if it is not a fuse or relay then it is likely a damaged wire somewhere... view full answer...
At this time we do not carry a Camping Travel Trailer Stop, Turn and Tail Light with led bulbs and an angle mount bracket. The bulbs in this light can be changed out to led bulbs though.
You would need to use the Putco PURE Premium 1157 LED Bulbs - 360 Degree - Red, item # P231157R360, to replace the bulbs in the Trailer Light, item # 30-92-004, with LED bulbs. view full answer...
The tabs on the Camping Travel Trailer Stop, Turn, Tail and Back Up Light, # RVST56, are made of plastic so they cannot be bent. Also, they are designed to hold a license plate rather than mount the light. If the light was not mounted against a surface, like if it were stick up on a fender for example, road grime could get into the back of the light. A little silicone caulk would prevent that issue if desired. view full answer...
Depending on how long you are camping and how many accessories you need to run and for how long will dictate how big of a battery power source you would need to use.
For what you are doing most people use a standard car battery in their trailer to power some small LED lights. LED lights hardly draw anything so they would be the way to go. For interior you would want the part # RVILL34. For an interior/exterior light that is also LED you would want the # ILL22CB.
The part # 37185 can be... view full answer...
You absolutely can use the Furrion Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Observation Camera System w/ Side Marker Light Cameras # FCE48TASL-05 while you're camping! Just make sure that you have your cameras hooked up to a power source that can be utilized when you are disconnected from the truck as most pre-wired camera systems are tied into the reverse lights.
You can also add another camera with part # FCN48TASF if you'd like to add one over your door or another spot on your camper for more viewing... view full answer...
Your tongue weight would be a little light for the Gen-Y Glyder Shock Absorbing Ball Mount for 2" Hitches # 325-GH-12005 but it is still going to make a large enough difference for ride quality. view full answer...
To order a replacement lens for the running lights on your 2004 Coleman Trailer you will want to order by part number on your lights or by the size of the light you will need.
The SAE number on the lens stands for the Society of Automotive Engineers. The SAE part number is not the part number of the light, it is just a number on the lens that means that lens has passed SAE guidelines. These part numbers are usually on the lenses of most all trailer lights.
You will want to get a brand... view full answer...
On the Optronics tail light # RVST56 the green wire is for the running lights. Red is reverse light, black is turn signal and brake lights, and white is the ground. view full answer...
Unfortunately even with the mounting dimension it will be difficult for me to recommend a replacement lense cover for a trailer that old without knowing the brand and model number of the lights you have installed. Therefore, I recommend replacing the lights on your trailer with a set of new LED lights that way you will not have to worry about them for some time.
For the circular lights on your trailer I recommend using the LED Trailer Clearance/Side Marker Light part # MCL57RB for red... view full answer...
Instead of using a quick splice connector, I recommend splicing into the wiring using a butt connector and then using some shrink tubing or liquid electrical tape, # SWC50122, to seal the connections from the elements.
We have different size butt connectors like # 05732-2 for 12 to 10 gauge wires and # 05731-5 for 16 to 14 gauge wires.
You will want to be careful when adding lights to a trailer. If you add too many lights, it could be too much power draw on the tow vehicle electrical... view full answer...

I cannot match any side marker based on the numbers you gave. All lights have a similar number on them from SAE and DOT to show they are approved for use based on the required specs. A measurement will be the most helpful. I have attached a link for all of our lens options for your convenience. Often times a replacement fixture is necessary when a lens is broken and they are not easy to match.
For replacement fixtures, I recommend the Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light w/ Reflex... view full answer...
That's a good question, and you can certainly just unplug the trailer if you like when you are camped. If you don't want to have to deal with that (along with all the other stuff to get set up and remember when you reach your destination), you can leave the trailer plugged in but will need an isolator, the Battery Isolation Solenoid # PK5231201.
This is the route I recommend because without the isolator, if you don't unplug the connector it will drain your battery. So having the peace... view full answer...
The purple wire of the Coach Step Module part # LC301702 that you referenced is for the step light switch. It is designed to send power to the step light switch so that the light comes on. view full answer...
The purpose of turning on the running lights for your motorhome in regards to the Roadmaster InvisiBrake # RM-8700 is to charge the battery on the towed vehicle, which in your case is a 2015 Kia Soul. Other than that you can keep your running lights off and the InvisiBrake should work properly.
If you want to keep charging the battery on your Kia without turning on your running lights then you can install the Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 on your Kia and then the Charge Line Kit # RM-156-75... view full answer...

If you have tail light # RVST56 the correct replacement bulb is a 2057 available at an automotive supply store. Make sure that the bulb socket is not corroded and that the ground wires are attached to clean and corrosion free bare metal surfaces because those things can also cause a dim light. view full answer...
